Vendor Terms of Use

These Seller Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wall Art Network platform as a seller. By registering as a vendor, uploading content, or selling products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Seller Eligibility

To sell on Wall Art Network, you must:

  • Provide accurate information during registration.

  • Have the legal right to sell the artwork or products you list.

2. Seller Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You agree to update your profile and payment information to ensure it remains accurate.

3. Listings & Content

  • You may upload original designs for sale as printed metal wall art.

  • You retain ownership of your intellectual property but grant Wall Art Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, market, and sell your artwork.

  • Your content must not:

    • Infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, etc.).

    • Include hate speech, sexually explicit material, or illegal content.

    • Mislead or defraud customers.

4. Pricing & Commissions

  • You set your own product prices.

  • Wall Art Network takes a 45% commission on each sale. The remaining amount is paid to you as your earnings.

  • We may offer limited-time discounts or promotions, which may temporarily affect final payout amounts.

5. Order Fulfillment

  • Wall Art Network handles manufacturing and shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • You are responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries related to your products.

6. Payouts

  • Seller earnings are paid out via Stripe and Pay-Pal

  • Payouts are processed on a 10 day basis since order is received, subject to a minimum threshold.

  • Wall Art Network may withhold payments in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or disputes.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

  • Wall Art Network will handle customer returns and refunds in accordance with its customer policy.

  • If a product is returned due to a defect in your uploaded file or a policy violation, you may not receive commission for that sale.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload or sell stolen or copyrighted artwork without permission.

  • Attempt to circumvent our commission system.

  • Engage in misleading marketing or fake reviews.

9. Termination

  • You may close your seller account at any time.

  • Wall Art Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

Wall Art Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the commissions earned by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
