Refund Policy

At Wall Art Network, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Since our products are made-to-order and feature unique artist designs, we handle refunds with care and clarity.


1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged in Transit
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Production Defects
    If your metal poster contains printing flaws, color issues, or other quality defects due to manufacturing, we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund.

  • Incorrect Item Received
    If you receive the wrong design or size, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item at no extra charge.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the buyer

  • Slight color variations due to screen differences


3. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at teamwallartnetwork@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our team will respond within 5 business days.


4. Refund Processing

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

  • If a replacement is requested, production will begin immediately and shipping times will follow our standard delivery schedule.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our side (defect, damage, incorrect item), we cover return shipping.

  • For all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
