At Wall Art Network, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Since our products are made-to-order and feature unique artist designs, we handle refunds with care and clarity.
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. -
Production Defects
If your metal poster contains printing flaws, color issues, or other quality defects due to manufacturing, we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund. -
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong design or size, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item at no extra charge.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect size selected by the buyer

Slight color variations due to screen differences
3. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

Include your order number and photos (if damaged or incorrect).

Our team will respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

If a replacement is requested, production will begin immediately and shipping times will follow our standard delivery schedule.
5. Shipping Costs

If the error is on our side (defect, damage, incorrect item), we cover return shipping.

For all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
